Requirements Definition
The initial step in a content development project is a
detailed analysis of the requirements from both a technology
systems perspective and a learning perspective. We analyze the
gaps between your requirements and the available content on
the market to help you make the build-versus-buy decision. We
also help you define your production process.
Conceptual Design
The next step in our process is to apply your content
requirements to instructional design and curriculum
development. We help you to define performance objectives,
document your course outlines, identify interaction types, and
apply creative and technical treatments.
Detailed Design
During detailed design, we construct a prototype that
contains all possible interaction types that you have defined
in your requirements. While other methodologies call for a
creating a "sample" prototype, we believe our approach is more
comprehensive in testing the full specification for the final
product.
Production
Once design and testing of the prototype is complete, we
proceed with full-scale production of your eLearning content.
We employ an iterative QA process that ensures the highest
quality content at the lowest cost possible.
